If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days in its original packaging and in its original unused condition for a replacement, substitution or refund.
Refunds are processed within 20 business days after it has been inspected by our Returns department.
If you would prefer to exchange an item we will gladly ship you a replacement product. For your protection, we suggest using a mailing service that offers tracking capability such as Canada Post, Purolator or FEDEX to ensure that the items you send are able to be tracked to our warehouse.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that, for items purchased with free shipping, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from refunds or exchanges
